Accounting Operations Supervisor

📋 Description

• Supervise a team of five offshore contractors while managing essential financial processes.

• Ensure the precision, efficiency, and productivity of the team.

• Cultivate a cooperative team environment that promotes ongoing learning and professional growth.

• Manage month-end closing activities, ensuring accurate reconciliations and reporting.

• Assess and monitor team performance using key metrics.

• Lead efforts to enhance current workflows and processes.

• Act as the main point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in General Ledger Accounting.

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.

• Demonstrated experience in a leadership or supervisory capacity within accounting operations, finance, or a related field.

• Advanced skills in Excel (including VLOOKUP, SUMIF, and pivot tables) and familiarity with accounting software (preferably QuickBooks or Sage Intacct).

• Strong organizational abilities with the capability to handle multiple deadlines and priorities.

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the capacity to lead and mentor a remote team.

• Previous experience in a customer-facing position within finance, accounting, or logistics is highly desirable.
