This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Generate monthly and quarterly financial statements for the Villa Sport division.

• Oversee the monthly closing process to ensure timely distribution of reports.

• Evaluate monthly and quarterly financial reports for precision.

• Supervise and enhance the billing, sales audit, and general ledger teams.

• Create or revise standard operating procedures as required.

• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for the billing and sales audit teams.

• Review and rectify balance sheet account reconciliations on a monthly basis.

• Compile quarterly external financial statements.

• Engage in the annual budgeting process by aiding in the computation of budget allocations and finalizing budgets in JDE.

• Partner with clubs to ensure exceptional customer service support.

• Assist with the annual external audit.

• Undertake special projects as directed by the Controller.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in Accounting or Finance.

• At least five years of experience in accounting is necessary.

• Five years of experience in a supervisory role is required.

• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail are a must.

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities are essential.

• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel is required.

• Solid working knowledge of MS Word is necessary.
