Accountant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver outstanding accounting and operational services to clients.

• Exhibit professional practices in accounting and bookkeeping.

• Assist in client onboarding for designated engagements.

• Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.

• Execute bookkeeping entries and finalize monthly accounts.

• Generate financial reports and analyses.

• Work collaboratively with managers and associates through prompt and effective communication.

• Maintain day-to-day client relationships within process and budget constraints.

• Recognize and propose additional services or tools to enhance client value and operational efficiency.

• Engage in regular team and individual video meetings.

• Embrace and learn new technologies to address client challenges.

• Utilize coaching and feedback to achieve team and client objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business is required.

• Over 5 years of comprehensive accounting experience, covering accounts payable, accounts receivable, monthly book closing, and financial reporting and analysis.

• At least 1 year of transactional accounting experience with QuickBooks or NetSuite.

• Availability and dedication to work from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm EST, CST, MST, or PST.

• Proven experience in managing daily client relationships within set processes and budget limits.

• A strong desire to assist clients and organizations in achieving success.

• A commitment to upholding the highest standards of confidentiality when handling client data.

• Experience in a multi-client setting is highly preferred.
