This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Execute accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and month-end closing tasks for clients.
• Handle daily accounts payable, accounts receivable/invoicing, and banking activities for various clients.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of daily transactions.
• Record journal entries to the balance sheet and income statement following established methods and routines.
• Maintain and update balance sheet accounts, including conducting weekly and monthly reconciliations.
• Upload or download daily transactions from bank accounts and credit cards.
• Process client payroll through a third-party vendor.
• Utilize, oversee, and assess third-party applications according to client specifications.
• Analyze and manage monthly and quarterly sales and use tax submissions.
• Reconcile quarterly payroll filings against the general ledger.
• Oversee and administer the month-end closing process.
• Lead client conference calls while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Assist with budget and forecasting initiatives.
• Balance and prioritize multiple client demands while ensuring high-quality accounting services and professionalism.
• Undertake special projects and other assigned responsibilities.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in full charge bookkeeping.
• At least 2 years of experience with QuickBooks and/or NetSuite Software.
• Interest in utilizing third-party applications to improve efficiency.
• Proficient in interacting with different levels of management, staff, and clients both internally and externally.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with prepaids, accruals, and inventory management.
• Proven capability to manage multiple clients simultaneously.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong work ethic and professionalism.
• Decisive and adept at working effectively under pressure.
• Self-assured and capable of working independently with minimal guidance.

• Remote work opportunity, W-2 position.
• Three scheduling options available: Full Time (37-40 hours), Mod Time (33-36 hours), or Part Time (30-32 hours).
