This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Manage daily client service duties for designated accounts
• Build and sustain robust client relationships
• Create and deliver client-facing presentations, status updates, campaign summaries, and strategic proposals
• Facilitate segments of client meetings and guarantee timely follow-up on action items
• Align priorities, schedules, and deliverables between clients and internal teams
• Convert client objectives into practical campaign and fundraising strategies
• Participate in annual planning, account strategy development, campaign planning, and recommendations
• Design and implement integrated marketing and fundraising campaigns across digital, email, direct response, and emerging channels
• Oversee assigned campaign initiatives from strategic planning through execution
• Collaborate with strategy, creative, production, and analytics teams
• Evaluate campaign materials for strategic coherence, accuracy, and quality
• Assist in developing testing strategies and optimization recommendations
• Gather campaign performance metrics and produce reporting materials, performance summaries, and strategic insights
• Convert performance data into actionable insights
• Partner with analytics teams to enhance donor growth, retention, engagement, and fundraising performance
• Conduct research on market trends, audience profiles, competitors, and industry standards
• Act as an informal mentor to junior team members
• Continue to enhance expertise in fundraising, integrated marketing, client services, analytics, and agency operations
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities with a confident, professional, and client-ready demeanor
• Superior organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail
• Capability to independently juggle multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines in a fast-paced agency setting
• Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
• Skill in anticipating needs, identifying opportunities, and proactively advancing work
• Familiarity with integrated marketing channels and campaign execution
• Preferred understanding of fundraising principles, donor engagement, and campaign strategy
• Ability to analyze performance data and interpret findings into clear insights and recommendations
• Strong presentation abilities and client communication skills
• Proficient in Google Docs, including Google Sheets
• Working knowledge of project management, reporting, and AI tools
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in marketing, fundraising, client services, account management, or a related field
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field preferred
