This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Promote a product to achieve or surpass sales targets in community/private practices as well as hospitals/health systems.

• Build and sustain relationships with departments/accounts in neurology, pain medicine, physical medicine and rehabilitation, primary care, pharmacy, urology, urogynecology, obstetrics and gynecology, female pelvic medicine, ambulatory surgical centers, and reconstructive surgery.

• Recognize customer needs, encompassing training, clinical, operational, and reimbursement requirements, and address them using suitable AbbVie resources.

• Provide education and clinical/injection training to residents, fellows, and other essential hospital personnel.

• Offer anatomical and procedural information and training, including anatomical terminology, injection paradigms/postures, and insights on anatomy and injections.

• Leverage AbbVie sales and data resources to boost productivity and product growth while executing the U.S. Marketing Plan.

• Collaborate with fellow Account Specialists to endorse products for approved indications.

• Conduct individual, departmental, or group trainings for residents/fellows within hospital/health system accounts.


⛳️ Requirements

• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in health, sciences, pharmacy, or a business-related field, or relevant and equivalent industry experience required.

• In absence of a bachelor’s degree: a minimum of five (5) years of technical experience, including three (3) or more years of preferred sales experience, along with a high school diploma/GED required.

• Preferred: Experience with Buy & Bill and/or Specialty Pharmacy products in health systems and private practices.

• Capability to lift/pull training models weighing between 25–100 lbs.

• Ability to satisfy hospital credentialing/vaccination standards.

• Valid driver’s license required.

• Must pass a pre-employment drug screening test and meet safe driving criteria.

• Willingness to travel adequately to cover the territory, including overnight attendance at scheduled training events and sales meetings.

• Documented history of strong sales performance is preferred, ideally in a clinical/technical/consultative sales role involving multiple decision-makers.

• Proficient in managing a complex sales process and rapidly acquiring procedural, technical, clinical, and anatomical knowledge.

• Strong communication, presentation, and training skills for diverse audiences.

• Must meet applicable HCIR credentialing requirements and be in good standing or eligible for these credentials.
