Account Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Engage with potential and existing clients via calls, emails, and follow-up communications.

• Understand each client’s objectives and offer tailored recommendations.

• Assist clients during the onboarding process to ensure a seamless product setup.

• Keep precise and comprehensive client records in CRM systems.

• Perform regular check-ins to deliver continuous support and enhance relationships.

• Work alongside internal teams to guarantee client satisfaction and success.
