Account Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Proactively engage with clients and manage incoming inquiries

• Discuss client objectives and tailor solutions accordingly

• Provide clear explanations of services offered and the subsequent steps

• Monitor activities and keep records current in the CRM system

• Assist in retention efforts through continuous communication

• Aid individuals and small businesses in understanding and accessing customized financial solutions

• Oversee both inbound and outbound communications, offering thoughtful recommendations based on clients' objectives

• Previous experience in sales, lead generation, or customer service roles is advantageous
