Account Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Engage with potential and current clients via phone calls, emails, and follow-up communications

• Understand each client's objectives and offer tailored recommendations

• Assist clients during the onboarding process and ensure a seamless product setup

• Keep precise and thorough client records in CRM systems

• Perform regular check-ins to provide continuous support and enhance relationships

• Work alongside internal teams to guarantee client satisfaction and success

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities

• Strong organizational skills with the capacity to handle multiple client accounts

• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting

• Previous experience in account management, client services, or sales is advantageous
