Account Services Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Oversee, prioritize, and distribute medical and imaging records via mail or courier services.

• Manage and allocate incoming record requests submitted online, via email, and fax.

• Handle mailouts within MRO Clinics CarePortal.

• Ensure that recipient details are accurate and complete for each mailing.

• Release records and forms in either paper or electronic format based on policies, procedures, or the requester's preference.

• Arrange for courier pickups of packages when necessary.

• Collaborate with notaries for certifications prior to release when applicable.

• Provide prompt status updates to requesters via email or phone.

• Assist walk-in patients/requesters and coordinate with Account Managers on urgent requests or inquiries.

• Retrieve and/or burn imaging records to CD/DVD for mailing or patient collection.

• Monitor office supply levels and request supplies as needed.

• Escalate issues and errors to department leaders as required.

• Flexibility to adjust to frequent changes within the industry and office environment.

• High School Diploma or its equivalent is required.

• Prior experience in customer service and conflict resolution is preferred.
