
Account & Relationship Management Executive β Clinical Technology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
β’ Oversee and expand a portfolio of key healthcare accounts throughout Queensland and other designated regions.
β’ Drive revenue growth through renewals and new business initiatives for UpToDate, Lexidrug, and Expert AI.
β’ Meet and surpass annual sales and renewal goals.
β’ Manage the entire customer lifecycle, including renewals, upselling, and acquiring new business.
β’ Create and implement strategic account plans.
β’ Identify opportunities for expansion within current accounts and target new prospects.
β’ Maintain a precise sales pipeline and provide regular updates on forecasting.
β’ Generate new business opportunities in both public and private healthcare sectors.
β’ Facilitate solution-based sales discussions that focus on clinical, operational, and strategic results.
β’ Navigate complex sales processes that involve multiple stakeholders and procurement procedures.
β’ Cultivate relationships with clinical leaders, executives, procurement teams, digital health leaders, and other key influencers.
β’ Enhance customer usage and adoption of UpToDate, Lexidrug, and Expert AI.
β’ Assist with implementation, training, and initiatives to engage customers.
β’ Identify and mitigate risks that could impact renewals or customer satisfaction.
β’ Develop partnerships with state government health agencies, public hospitals, health networks, and healthcare organizations.
β’ Comprehend government procurement frameworks and tender processes.
β’ Keep an eye on market trends, healthcare policy changes, and funding initiatives.
β’ Represent Wolters Kluwer at industry events and customer meetings.
β’ Collaborate with Customer Success, Marketing, Product, Clinical Consulting, Leadership, and APAC teams.
β’ Share market insights and customer feedback to aid product development and business strategies.
β’ A Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Nursing, Pharmacy, Health Informatics, or a related field.
β’ At least 5 years of successful experience in B2B sales or account management.
β’ A proven history of achieving or surpassing sales targets.
β’ Experience managing enterprise or strategic accounts.
β’ Strong background working with government, healthcare, or public sector organizations.
β’ Established relationships across the C-suite in Australia.
β’ Demonstrated capability to handle complex sales cycles and engage multiple stakeholders.
β’ Exceptional presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
β’ Strong commercial understanding and analytical skills.
β’ Willingness to travel approximately 30% domestically within Queensland and other assigned regions.
β’ Preferred: Experience in selling SaaS, healthcare technology, software, clinical decision support, or digital health solutions.
β’ Preferred: Experience selling to hospitals, health systems, universities, and government healthcare agencies.
β’ Preferred: Familiarity with clinical workflows and healthcare decision-making processes.
β’ Preferred: Experience with CRM systems, such as Salesforce.
