Account Operations Specialist – Central Region

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist two sales regions to guarantee prompt access to clonoSEQ ordering for healthcare providers and care teams.

• Oversee provider onboarding to facilitate expedited ordering and support customers with clonoSEQ integrated within their EMR systems.

• Develop and nurture strategic relationships with customers, enhancing satisfaction through exceptional service and execution.

• Collaborate with Account Operations Leads to address institution-specific onboarding requirements.

• Ensure precise and timely reporting concerning new prospects.

• Act as the customer liaison for key internal initiatives that require customer involvement.

• Inform customers about new support offerings to optimize brand performance.

• Manage the inventory of clonoSEQ collection kits across two regions.

• Work with Clinical Services to ensure effective communication with clinicians and care teams.

• Serve as a point of escalation for customer concerns.

• Contribute to ongoing business initiatives and the attainment of goals.

• Assist with patient pull-through efforts through timely follow-up and reporting to customers.

• Perform any other duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree plus 2 years of relevant experience.

• 1-2 years of experience in Client Services or Customer Training/Support is highly preferred.

• A proactive work approach, demonstrating strong personal motivation and a desire for constructive feedback.

• Strong focus on customer and patient needs, with a thorough understanding of HIPAA regulations.

• Excellent analytical and planning capabilities.

• Meticulous attention to detail and proficient data entry skills.

• Effective collaborator on projects, capable of working independently.

• Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities.

• Exceptional listening, oral, and written communication skills.

• Availability to support Central Region working hours.
