This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Meet sales targets within the designated territory by engaging in business development and account management.
• Establish and nurture relationships with oncologists, urologists, nurses, pharmacists, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders.
• Advocate for Tolmar products and shape prescribing behaviors within the assigned area.
• Engage with healthcare providers and health-related organizations.
• Build connections with non-prescribing decision-makers, including executives, nurse navigators, injecting nurses, medical assistants, and office managers.
• Offer oncology and urology clinics and hospitals support with contracting, training, technology troubleshooting, and continuous customer service.
• Assess practice needs for Tolmar’s proprietary Inventory Management System and oversee its implementation and training.
• Collaborate with other Account Managers on accounts that span multiple regions.
• Analyze weekly sales data reports and address business requirements.
• Relay contract measurement details to relevant accounts.
• Follow up on leads and convert potential prospects into active users.
• Provide information on clinical, technical, therapeutic, disease-state, and product aspects.
• Encourage appropriate on-label use of approved products.
• Create and present tailored sales presentations for customers.
• Maintain the territory database, including sales calls, trends, objectives, sampling data, and performance metrics.
• Complete regular reports and adhere to industry, regulatory, and company standards.
• Prepare annual business plans and conduct quarterly assessments of territory performance.
• Participate in trade shows, community events, and company meetings.
• Manage promotional materials, budgets, and account relationships.
• Log sales calls in the CRM system daily or as instructed, submit expense reports, monitor company car mileage, and maintain the vehicle.
• Collaborate with internal departments to foster business growth.
• Ensure consistent and punctual attendance while working in the field with customers from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• Candidates must be residents of the greater Philadelphia, PA area.
• Bachelor’s degree in science, business, or a related field.
• A minimum of two years of successful business-to-business sales experience, ideally in the urology sector.
• Experience in pharmaceutical/buy-and-bill sales is preferred.
• Clinical experience is advantageous.
• Proven history of exceeding sales quotas.
• Must be eligible for approval and insurance to operate a company vehicle.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Must reside centrally within the territory.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent analytical capabilities and a demonstrated ability for strategic thinking.
• Advanced organizational and follow-up skills.
• Knowledge of negotiation and selling techniques with a proven record of executing sales strategies.
• Ability to grasp technical and scientific product-related information.
• Capability to work independently and juggle multiple projects.
• Proficient in managing interruptions and meeting tight deadlines.
• Competence in implementing effective business plans for the assigned area.
• Ability to foster working relationships with internal and external clients.
• Initiative to act in the absence of explicit direction.
• Capacity to exercise good judgment, discretion, and adherence to industry ethical standards.
• Willingness to travel overnight up to 50% of the time.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Willing to travel by air as required.
• Availability for additional hours and weekends as necessary.
