This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Implement the strategic and operational plan as directed by Commercial leadership.
• Represent products to both new and existing clients while meeting assigned territory sales expectations and quotas.
• Drive daily sales goals, promote territory growth, and focus on new-account targeting, cultivation, and launch planning.
• Create and execute quarterly, quota-based territory business plans and sales strategies.
• Lead training and educational planning during the launch of accounts.
• Present and implement Performance Guarantees and conduct Quarterly Business Reviews.
• Share account knowledge and requested information with leadership.
• Collaborate with clinical specialists to align teams with the business plan.
• Deliver clinical and economic presentations to customers, committee members, and relevant staff.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, including cultivating and sustaining Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
• Develop relationships with hospital administration and execute corporate contracts as appropriate.
• Provide product knowledge, train new employees, cover territories, share best practices, contribute to marketing initiatives, and relay competitive intelligence.
• Oversee territory finances, expenses, product returns, and inventory management.
• Gain access to and develop physician champions within targeted accounts.
• Present to physician leaders, service-line directors, supply-chain leaders, and C-suite stakeholders.
• Cultivate regional and national KOL advocates.
• Assist in Corporate Accounts contract negotiations and new product approvals, including Value Analysis approval.
• Offer device-suitability guidance and technical support covering imaging modalities, EKG, blood pressure, hemodynamic waveforms, and ancillary procedural solutions.
• Perform other assigned duties.
• A Bachelor of Arts or Science degree is required.
• A minimum of 5 years of directly related experience is essential.
• Experience in Medical Device Sales within Interventional Cardiology and/or Structural Heart is strongly preferred.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the medical device market, products, and customer base.
• A strong work ethic and urgency to achieve objectives.
• Business acumen with experience in targeting and prioritizing key customer accounts.
• Ability to establish personal credibility in the designated territory and effectively communicate with clinical staff, administrators, and physicians while overcoming challenges.
• Emotional Intelligence to manage schedules and clinical resources efficiently and effectively.
• Previous medical device sales experience, ideally interacting with Interventional Cardiologists, Electrophysiologists, Vascular Surgeons, Interventional Radiologists, and administrators.
• Skills in strategic thinking and tactical planning, demonstrating flexibility, innovation, and resourcefulness.
• Ability to adhere to company policies, procedures, the Quality System, and regulatory requirements.
• Willingness to travel domestically 25–50% of the time.
• Capability to meet the stated physical demands, including frequent sitting, standing, walking, reaching, keyboarding, and exposure to blood.
• Sales incentive (commission) according to applicable plan terms.
