This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop, implement, and drive revenue enhancement opportunities within a designated portfolio of clients.
• Create business prospects through partnerships with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), professional networking, client account blueprints, customer MQLs, and various other channels.
• Enhance brand visibility, manage TSO campaigns, and generate leads.
• Achieve and surpass both quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Take ownership of the sales process from generating leads to closing deals.
• Collaborate with sales leadership and internal stakeholders to formulate and present a territory business plan.
• Maintain accurate forecasting of accounts and pipeline opportunities using Salesforce.com.
• Ensure customer satisfaction metrics are met and aligned with retention strategies.
• Actively manage a book of business, taking responsibility for renewal, upsell, and retention objectives.
• Confidently present business value to HR professionals focused on compensation and C-suite executives.
• Expand existing enterprise clients by introducing new compensation data sets, software, and services.
• Proven, customer-focused Account Manager or Account Executive with a successful track record of driving revenue growth within an existing client base.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in software sales.
• BA/BS degree is strongly preferred.
• Preference for experience in Human Capital Management sales, including HRIS, compensation, talent management, or benefits technologies.
• Demonstrated history of exceeding quarterly and annual sales objectives.
• Familiarity with the assigned territory/accounts is preferred.
• Ability to work autonomously, demonstrate initiative, and manage performance effectively.
• Exceptional professional presence and business insight.
• Experience selling at the executive level, with CHRO experience being advantageous.
• Experience selling to HR personas.
• For remote work: reliable broadband or fiber internet with a minimum speed of 100 Mbps in a dedicated workspace.
• Device required for multifactor authentication (MFA/2FA).
• Must possess legal authorization to work in the United States; application will inquire about current or prospective employer sponsorship.
