This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +1 more state.
• Identify and pursue new enterprise-level opportunities within hospitals, health systems, IDNs, medical education, B2B, and distribution.
• Develop and implement sales strategies for handheld ultrasound product lines.
• Establish trusted relationships with procurement teams, B2B partners, and C-suite executives.
• Lead intricate contract negotiations, including multi-year agreements, pricing models, and partnership frameworks.
• Collaborate with clinical specialists, marketing, and product teams on demonstrations, proposals, and value-based selling.
• Monitor industry trends, competitive activities, and customer feedback to guide sales strategy and product positioning.
• Maintain pipeline forecasts, update CRM, and conduct regular business reviews with leadership.
• Develop and oversee strategic partnerships with multi-site B2B organizations.
• Negotiate and finalize partner agreements while supporting product integration into partner operations.
• Manage relationships with distributors and channel partners.
• Partner with universities, teaching hospitals, and training organizations to incorporate ultrasound into education and continuous learning.
• Explore co-marketing and co-education opportunities.
• Collaborate with pharmaceutical companies on drug delivery programs and joint go-to-market initiatives, excluding clinical trial partnerships.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in the industry.
• 3-5 years of proven success in capital imaging equipment, software, or clinical sales, preferably with Enterprise or government accounts.
• Experience in high-value, complex sales cycles.
• Proficient in both spoken and written English.
• Familiarity with sales quotas and forecasting, with a proven record of surpassing sales objectives.
• Understanding of the ultrasound and medical imaging industry.
• Basic clinical knowledge of anatomy.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrating the ability to cultivate strategic client partnerships.
• Proficient in computer skills and experienced with Salesforce CRM.
• Ability to work independently while adhering to strategic guidelines in specific markets.
• Strong critical thinking, attention to detail, and a sense of urgency.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 50%.
