Account Manager, Educational Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and oversee new accounts for Educational services.

• Actively generate new business opportunities and enhance existing client partnerships.

• Surpass sales targets while delivering exceptional client service.

• Proactively reach out to potential clients, including schools and school districts, to create new business opportunities.

• Employ both traditional and innovative approaches to connect with new contacts at current clients and promote Educational staffing services.

• Generate client leads through a high volume of calls and emails.

• Present suitable candidates for Educational staffing roles with contracted clients.

• Foster and maintain relationships with potential clients.

• Address client staffing requirements and ensure satisfaction at facilities.

• Renegotiate client agreements to achieve mutually beneficial terms.

• Collaborate with internal teams to discover successful fulfillment strategies.

• Pursue ongoing improvement and career development.

• Direct experience in Educational Services Staffing is required.

• Demonstrated success in a metrics-driven environment.

• Minimum of 1 year as a top performer in a sales role.

• Client-focused mindset and a passion for customer service.

• Ability to engage with a diverse range of individuals and maintain significant relationships.

• Strong drive to achieve results and accomplish goals.
