This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.
• Oversee designated clients and their e-commerce platforms by strategizing, briefing, monitoring, and implementing marketing campaigns.
• Cultivate and enhance client-agency relationships.
• Design and execute email, SMS, pop-up, and flow marketing strategies.
• Manage around 40 distinct marketing campaigns each month.
• Supervise Copywriters, Designers, and Account Managers’ Associates.
• Develop campaign timelines, brief campaigns, assign creative tasks, and ensure timely execution.
• Track campaign performance and optimize email marketing outcomes.
• Convey client requirements to internal teams and collaborate across various departments.
• Lead and participate in regular client meetings.
• Gather and analyze consumer demographic and trend information.
• Establish weekly objectives and report on campaign performance, including email revenue, A/B testing outcomes, and optimization strategies.
• Uphold KPI targets and maintain high work standards within the Service Department.
• Manage client retention and implement strategies to reduce churn.
• Address client satisfaction and campaign performance challenges.
• Identify opportunities to broaden client services and propose upsell options based on data analysis.
• Research industry best practices and share insights with account management leadership.
• Engage in group calls, training sessions, and skill development activities.
• Serve as a liaison between clients and cross-functional teams for new services and products.
• Assist with internal service-related requirements.
• Report directly to the Account Managers’ Leads, Head of Account Managers, and Service Director.
• Minimum of 12 months of experience in a digital marketing position.
• At least 6 months of experience specifically in email marketing.
• Demonstrated success in a leadership capacity, particularly in guiding creative teams to produce client-oriented work.
• Capacity to work autonomously while upholding work standards.
• High level of accountability, responsiveness, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, and analytical abilities.
• Growth and results-focused mentality; receptive to and able to implement constructive feedback.
• Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills in English; fluency in English is mandatory.
• Capable of learning and adapting swiftly.
• Excellent time-management skills with a strong focus on productivity and efficiency.
• Familiarity with tools such as Slack, Hubstaff, Asana, Klaviyo, and Google Workspace Suite.
• Knowledge of email marketing, e-commerce, or Klaviyo is advantageous.
• Availability and responsiveness from Monday to Friday between 3–6 PM BCN time.
• Consistent availability for 30–35 hours per week, totaling approximately 140 hours per month.
• Reliable internet connection, laptop or PC, and capability to participate in virtual video meetings.
• Full-time commitment with a fixed monthly salary paid in USD.
• A trial-and-adaptation phase for the first two months compensated at the full rate.
• Regular performance evaluations every 9–12 months, with the initial one occurring after 3–6 months.
• Role and workload reassessment after 6–12 months.
