Account Manager – CRM Clients

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary liaison for client accounts, enhancing retention, satisfaction, and growth.

• Lead and manage designated remote teams and supervisors, ensuring that service delivery aligns with client expectations and service level agreements.

• Supervise HubSpot configurations, client workflows, and CRM activities, or manage clients utilizing these services.

• Assist with client onboarding processes.

• Conduct proactive audits of team performance.

• Address and resolve operational challenges.

• Track client health metrics, including engagement, performance, and retention rates.

• Maintain documentation of client updates in management tools.

• Recognize opportunities for expanding WAW services or staffing.

⛳️ Requirements

• Outstanding spoken and written English skills (clear, assertive, and professional).

• Practical knowledge of HubSpot, or extensive experience with similar CRM platforms and a strong ability to learn quickly.

• At least 3+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management.

• Demonstrated experience in supervising or leading teams.

• Quick learner who takes initiative, manages challenging client situations with poise, and continuously enhances team workflows.

• Excellent project management, time management, and multitasking abilities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or comparable tools.

• Familiarity with CRM systems is advantageous.

• Completion of the pre-screeners provided during the application process is mandatory.

• Availability for a schedule from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST, with some flexibility.
