This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Drive Fiscal Year Financial outcomes by overseeing and delivering key financial metrics in alignment with the designated trade spend plan.
• Manage the Account Plan, contributing to forecasts for both the current year and long-term planning.
• Demonstrate the ability to navigate a constantly evolving customer and competitive environment, adjusting strategies as needed to meet KPIs.
• Collaborate with the Senior Director of Club Channel to develop visionary long-term strategies for customer accounts.
• Meet objectives related to new items, assortments, pricing, and merchandising as outlined for specific customers.
• Oversee the forecasting process in partnership with the Business Analytics Team.
• Cultivate relationships with each regional Buying Office to establish long-term partnerships and strategic synergies.
• Maintain a high level of detail in day-to-day fulfillment and purchase order management, ensuring timely product delivery to the correct locations.
• Develop an annual rotational strategy for the customer/region that aligns with all of Chomps’ long-range planning goals.
• Possess strong data skills to create top-tier selling materials that influence buying decisions in the Club Channel.
• Effectively engage and utilize cross-functional resources to surpass business objectives.
• Organize sales, review, and innovation presentations for customers, leveraging cross-functional support to facilitate a team selling approach.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods sector.
• Prior experience working with or at key retailers such as Costco, Sam’s Club, or BJ’s Wholesale is essential.
• Experience in high-stakes negotiations with major retailers is required.
• Exceptional interpersonal, networking, and relationship-building abilities.
• Strong team player with the capability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve results.
• Familiarity with sales planning, trade management, and forecasting processes.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
• Self-sufficient and highly detail-oriented.
• A genuine passion for natural and organic products.
• Willingness to travel for trade shows, sales meetings, and other engagements—approximately 40% of the time.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Must possess analytical thinking and be data-driven; strong data analysis skills with experience in IRI/Nielsen and/or Retail POS data.
• Previous experience with trade management and demand planning software.
• Proficient PC skills, including familiarity with online applications and MS Office.
