This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Manage primary commercial relationships for a designated group of Schools and Multi-Academy Trusts.
• Foster commercial expansion, retention, growth, and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the Territory Partnership Manager and in-life management support teams to enhance customer value from products and services.
• Actively engage with customers to comprehend and influence strategies, generating demand for ParentPay Group and partner products and services.
• Prepare and present client presentations to stakeholders, including C-Suite executives.
• Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly status updates and results presentations to both internal and external teams.
• Strategize sales achievements within the designated customer segment and track/report performance against commercial objectives.
• Oversee approximately 1000 academy/LA schools and cultivate relationships within customer organizations.
• Promote customer retention, contract renewals, upselling, and overall satisfaction.
• Plan territories and related activities.
• Collaborate with support, marketing, helpdesk, product development, finance, and cross-functional teams.
• Analyze the root causes of customer success/failure and drive enhancements in products or processes.
• Manage sales campaigns utilizing technical tools and quantitative data.
• Prepare insights reporting, analysis, and research for campaigns.
• Maintain a revenue opportunity pipeline and forecast sales conversion.
• Oversee CRM activities, billing/invoicing inquiries, workflows, customer service, operational excellence, and strategic insight.
• Proven experience in Commercial Account Management/Business Development, with EdTech experience considered a plus.
• Background in sales and territory management.
• A dynamic personality capable of effectively engaging and influencing diverse audiences at all organizational levels.
• Strong communication skills (both written and oral) with a proven ability to work collaboratively across all levels of internal and external organizations.
• Relationship-focused, able to build trust through communication, expectation management, and fulfillment of planned deliverables.
• Business acumen with sound decision-making, analytical, and organizational capabilities in a fast-paced environment; employs a consultative approach to managing complex client relationships.
• Clear understanding of effective sales methodologies, with a proven ability to plan, articulate, and execute sales engagements through various phases.
• Awareness of project and program management principles, including key concepts such as phases, plans, deliverables, scope, and tasks.
• Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities, managing client deliverables across various projects alongside internal commitments.
• A passion for business and a drive to challenge the status quo—constantly seeking ways to improve and grow the assigned customer base.
• Strong analytical abilities.
• Familiarity with contracts and contract negotiations.
• Demonstrated capability to work independently while remaining motivated.
• Located in or around Yorkshire/the North East of England.
