Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.

📋 Description

• Oversee a customer outreach initiative through phone calls and emails to cultivate and sustain external customer relationships alongside ongoing account support.

• Collaborate with current customers to enhance brand visibility and boost usage and expenditure.

• Utilize client-supplied and self-directed training materials to maintain up-to-date product knowledge.

• Manage, evaluate, and report weekly on the pipeline to the manager, including forecasts and strategies to meet targets.

• Achieve daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly objectives.

• Document customer interactions and engagements in the CRM system.

• Foster and oversee relationships with the internal MarketStar team and external client counterparts.

• Prepare and conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual performance evaluations with internal colleagues and leadership.

• Leverage data to inform planning and drive success.

• Offer insights on customer sentiment, product feedback, and industry knowledge both internally and externally.

• Execute other relevant tasks as assigned.

• Exceptional organizational skills in time and project management.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Suites.

• Proven ability to cultivate relationships.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills for presentations.

• Experience in setting and surpassing sales objectives.

• Capable of multitasking, effective time management, and adapting to changes.

• Preferred ability to analyze and interpret data for the development and implementation of strategic plans.

• Previous experience in account management or a background in sales or technology is preferred.
