This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of retention, renewals, and expansion objectives for Halter’s current regional revenue.

• Assist farmers in maximizing the value they gain from Halter and understanding its effects on their farming operations.

• Renew customer contracts and increase revenue from existing clients.

• Provide support for onboarding, training, and implementing the Halter system on customers’ farms.

• Ensure that farm owners, managers, and employees can effectively utilize the system.

• Build authentic, trustworthy relationships with farmers, their teams, and families.

• Collaborate strategically with customers to define business objectives, timelines, priorities, and success metrics.

• Offer timely communication and assistance to farmers and team members.

• Tackle technical and operational issues as they arise.

• Represent the Halter brand within the community.

• Facilitate local discussion groups and cultivate networks to enhance brand visibility and connections.

• Serve as the customer advocate and connect customer insights to product teams.

• Provide product teams with technical and practical insights from a farmer’s perspective on reproduction, pasture management, and agronomy.

• Contribute to a positive team culture and support fellow colleagues.

• Exemplify Halter’s Operating Principles.


⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in relationship management or account management roles.

• Background in dairy farming or experience within the agriculture sector.

• A strong passion for empowering farmers to achieve success.

• Solid business acumen.

• Positive demeanor and a collaborative approach as a team player.

• Capability to navigate challenges effectively.

• Ability to flourish in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.

• Capacity to work with a high level of independence.

• Ambition for success and personal development.

• Willingness to grow alongside a world-class team.

• Must reside in Northern Victoria.

• Significant travel required throughout the state.
