Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Establish a strong pipeline through cold calling, prospecting, and utilizing a professional network.

• Formulate and implement sales strategies to identify, target, and secure new business opportunities.

• Cultivate and enhance customer relationships by comprehending business objectives and providing value-driven solutions.

• Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee outstanding customer experiences and successful project delivery.

• Acquire a deep understanding of customer purchasing processes and decision-making dynamics.

• Evaluate market conditions, competitive activities, and customer feedback to uncover growth opportunities.

• Exhibit strong follow-through and accountability while fulfilling commitments and meeting customer expectations.

• Stay updated on industry trends and share insights that support both customer and business success.

• Act as a business owner within the designated territory while expanding the custom corrugated packaging business.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in outside sales, ideally in packaging, industrial, manufacturing, or related B2B sales.

• Willingness and capability to travel throughout the territory, up to 75% of the time.

• Valid U.S. driver's license is necessary.

• Must live within or close to the assigned sales territory or adjacent areas that allow effective coverage.

• Prior experience selling corrugated packaging products is preferred.

• Background in packaging-related industries, such as flexible films, tapes, adhesives, industrial packaging, converting, automation, or packaging machinery is preferred.

• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.
