This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee and maintain a portfolio of commercial P&C accounts with annual premiums reaching up to $4MM.
• Act as the main point of contact for client servicing, renewals, and inquiries regarding coverage.
• Take full responsibility for the renewal process from start to finish, including initiating proactive renewal discussions prior to quote delivery.
• Clarify coverage details, pricing, and policy modifications.
• Manage client expectations during periods of underwriting delays, market limitations, or carrier-related issues.
• Address client concerns effectively and escalate internally when necessary.
• Carry out policy servicing tasks, such as endorsements, certificates of insurance, audits, billing coordination, and cancellations.
• Ensure precise client records are maintained in AMS and CRM systems.
• Collaborate with carriers, wholesalers, and internal teams.
• Comply with service standards, SLAs, and escalation procedures.
• Work closely with technology teams as the insurance subject matter expert to influence processes, systems, and products.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial P&C account management, brokerage, sales, or customer success.
• Active Property & Casualty license in good standing.
• Strong understanding of commercial P&C coverages, renewals, endorsements, and servicing requirements.
• Proven track record of managing the renewal process from start to finish, including proactive client discussions before quoting.
• Experience in handling escalations while ensuring a positive client experience during underwriting or carrier-related challenges.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Demonstrated success in managing and retaining large or complex books of business.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and decision-making capabilities in high-volume settings.
• Advanced proficiency with CRM and AMS platforms along with core business tools.
• Remote-first position; work from any location in the US.
