This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Oversee and expand a portfolio of key Industrial Water accounts throughout North America
• Achieve revenue growth, enhance profitability, and ensure customer retention
• Formulate and implement strategic account plans
• Discover new business opportunities and transform sales leads into sustainable revenue
• Manage relationships with distributors and channel partners, focusing on performance management, growth planning, and distribution efficiency
• Propel market development initiatives in Industrial Water applications, especially in data centers, cooling water treatment, process water, and wastewater reuse
• Cultivate relationships with customers, consultants, OEMs, engineering firms, service providers, and key industry stakeholders
• Partner with Technical Service, Marketing, Regulatory, Product Management, Supply Chain, and R&D teams to create and commercialize customer-oriented solutions
• Utilize Salesforce CRM to oversee opportunities, forecasts, account plans, and business reviews while ensuring pipeline accuracy
• Represent Arxada at customer meetings, industry conferences, technical forums, and trade events to advocate for company solutions and uncover growth opportunities
• At least 5 years of experience in technical sales, account management, or business development in the fields of industrial water treatment, specialty chemicals, antimicrobial technologies, cooling water treatment, or related sectors
• Proven track record of managing strategic accounts and achieving profitable growth
• Experience collaborating with distributors, channel partners, and indirect sales models
• Strong commercial insight with the capability to create business cases, growth strategies, forecasts, and customer value propositions
• Preferred understanding of industrial water treatment applications and data center cooling infrastructure
• Familiarity with biocides, antimicrobial technologies, EPA-regulated products, or water treatment chemistry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Science, Microbiology, Water Treatment, or a related scientific field, or equivalent education and relevant industry experience
• Proficient in Salesforce CRM
• Willingness and capability to represent Arxada at customer meetings, industry conferences, technical forums, and trade events
