This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary point of contact for designated accounts within a specific territory.

• Offer strategic sales guidance and communication techniques to maintain existing business while attracting new clients.

• Execute business and marketing strategies for the designated accounts.

• Propel profitable sales growth year-over-year for the assigned territory.

• Utilize expertise in Amcor, its products, the industry, and the competitive landscape to secure business victories.

• Expand business opportunities with both existing and new clients through networking and prospecting.

• Navigate account complexities and relay customer requirements internally.

• Assist in significant business negotiations and sway decisions and actions.

• Cultivate trusted relationships with customers and foster collaborative ties across leadership, marketing, and R&D.

• Aid in share-of-wallet growth, commercialization, and onboarding initiatives.

• Establish connections with co-packers, machinery suppliers, OEMs, and industry organizations.

• Coordinate efforts among Sales Management, R&D, Marketing, and Field Service for validation and customer trials.

• Oversee accounts receivable with support from the credit department.

• Identify strategies to address strategic unmet customer demands.

• Collaborate across departments on the execution of market and segment strategies.

• Report on sales and marketing performance for monthly management reviews.

• Enhance forecast accuracy.

• Share insights on competitive landscape, marketing, pricing, and product performance.

• Manage account planning, pipeline, profitability enhancements, and churn within the CRM system.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.

• Over 3 years of relevant experience in technical sales and general management, ideally within the packaging sector.

• Experience in a large-scale business-to-business setting.

• Proven negotiation skills.

• Demonstrated history of successful sales growth and profitability.

• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally 60% of the time.
