This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Generate new catalog entries and ASINs across EU marketplaces utilizing flat files and the Add Products tool.
• Revise titles and listing content, including addressing rejected changes through contribution conflicts, Brand Registry paths, and escalations to the catalog team.
• Create, repair, and sustain parent-child variation listings, which encompass variation themes, merges, splits, and category adjustments.
• Aggregate reviews across variation families in line with Amazon’s variation policy.
• Conduct audits of ASINs against FBA size and pricing tiers.
• Identify erroneous dimensions, request re-measurements, and submit fee reimbursement claims for overcharges.
• Proactively highlight pricing errors and other issues.
• Restore suppressed, flagged, or deactivated listings.
• Initiate, manage, escalate, and follow up on Seller Support and Seller Performance cases.
• Supervise Account Health, policy compliance, IP complaints, listing quality alerts, and EU compliance mandates.
• Operate independently from a prioritized task queue and complete tasks without prompting.
• Perform QA on flat files prior to upload, examine processing reports, and confirm changes live on storefronts across relevant marketplaces.
• Offer concise asynchronous updates on completed, blocked, and forthcoming work.
• Estimate task durations and evaluate estimates against actual completion times.
• In-depth Amazon Seller Central proficiency in managing intricate catalogs across multiple EU marketplaces.
• Demonstrated catalog management experience with variations, flat files, ASIN merges, and reinstatement of listings.
• Capability to differentiate between partial updates and full updates, as well as interpret processing-report error codes.
• Expertise in navigating Amazon Support, including opening and escalating Seller Support / Seller Performance cases.
• Experience with supplements or restricted product categories is highly advantageous.
• Comfortable working across EU Amazon marketplaces (DE, IT, FR, ES, SE, NL).
• Proactive and detail-oriented approach.
• Strong written communication abilities.
• Proficient in English.
• Knowledge of German is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Experience with Brand Registry, A+ Content management, and IP complaint resolution is a plus.
• Familiarity with EU supplement/food labeling regulations, health claims, GPSR, and Amazon compliance is advantageous.
• Experience with FBA fee reimbursement claims is a bonus.
• Must initiate the application with “UPTIME” and respond to the five specified application questions.
• Must provide weekly availability, working hours/time zone, and hourly rate.
• Shortlisted candidates are required to complete a paid test task before the final interview.
• Flexible freelance engagement.
• Shortlisted candidates will complete a brief paid test task (~1–2 hours at the quoted rate).
