This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +10 more states.
β’ Develop and implement territory strategies aimed at community hospitals, smaller healthcare facilities, and specific healthcare accounts.
β’ Identify and seek new business opportunities within designated accounts and geographical regions.
β’ Cultivate relationships with pharmacy directors, hospital executives, financial leaders, operational managers, and local decision-makers.
β’ Comprehend customer requirements, operational challenges, budget constraints, and decision-making timelines.
β’ Position BD Pharmacy Automation solutions by articulating customer value, workflow effects, financial advantages, and return on investment.
β’ Create and deliver customized business proposals.
β’ Oversee the sales process from initial prospecting and discovery to proposal submission, negotiation, closing, and internal transition.
β’ Serve as a liaison between assigned accounts and BD's cross-functional teams.
β’ Negotiate contracts and finalize business opportunities.
β’ Implement the RxA sales methodology.
β’ Maintain precise records of customers, opportunities, and activities in the CRM system.
β’ Develop account plans with actions for the short, medium, and long term.
β’ Monitor sales performance, forecasts, competitive activities, and customer involvement.
β’ Complete and refresh quarterly sales territory plans.
β’ Act as a knowledgeable resource on BD Pharmacy Automation hardware, software, and solution benefits.
β’ Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
β’ A minimum of 5 years of demonstrated sales experience in healthcare, capital equipment, healthcare technology, pharmacy automation, medical technology, or similar solution-selling environments is required.
β’ Proven experience in developing new accounts and enhancing customer relationships within a specific territory.
β’ Capability to engage with local hospital leaders, pharmacy stakeholders, financial executives, operational decision-makers, and business owners.
β’ Ability to convert customer challenges and solution value into tangible business results.
β’ Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
β’ Ability to comprehend and evaluate sales performance metrics.
β’ Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
β’ Strong business acumen and a customer-centric problem-solving approach.
β’ Proven history of achieving or surpassing sales targets.
β’ Capacity to manage multiple accounts and opportunities within a defined geographic territory.
β’ Must maintain a valid state-issued driver's license with a 3-year consecutive driving record and comply with BD's auto safety standards.
β’ Experience in pharmacy automation or medication management is preferred.
