Account Executive – Voice and Video Contributor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Engage in compensated, recorded discussions with fellow sales professionals.

• Analyze sales strategies and articulate the rationale behind choices made.

• Delve into topics such as discovery, opportunity assessment, stakeholder engagement, pricing, negotiation, and closure.

• Debate tactics for realistic sales scenarios, including stalled transactions, competitive assessments, and significant discount requests.

• Justify suggested strategies with personal experience and logical reasoning.

• Question participants’ assumptions, pose in-depth inquiries, and address counterarguments.

• Investigate alternative strategies as new insights arise using fictional or anonymized scenarios.

• Take part in a compensated, recorded dialogue following an initial screening process.

• Discuss subjects within mutual expertise and critically evaluate another participant’s suggestions.

• Recordings may be licensed to AI developers for training and assessment under mutually agreed conditions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience as an account executive or in a similar B2B sales position.

• Practical experience in managing significant buyer dialogues and advancing deals.

• Proficient verbal communication in the language relevant to the session.

• Capability to articulate thought processes, support a viewpoint, and engage in constructive disagreement.

• Comfort with unscripted discussions where both parties inquire and share ideas.

• A quiet workspace.

• Stable internet connection.

• High-quality microphone.

• Webcam.

• Willingness to appear on video with face visible and without filters or background blurring.

• Availability, time zone, and spoken languages must be communicated upon application.
