Account Executive, Sales Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Introduce BonFry to appropriate customer segments within the Hamburg sales area.

• Identify and proactively acquire new clients while providing guidance on products and sustainable services.

• Schedule appointments and engage in focused phone outreach.

• Approach key decision-makers onsite, including owners, head chefs, and branch managers.

• Showcase products and services, guiding sales discussions through to contract negotiations.

• Understand customer requirements and cultivate long-lasting relationships.

• Utilize CRM solutions to oversee contacts, activities, and the sales pipeline.

• Engage in contract negotiations and review terms and durations.

• Collaborate with company management to develop and execute sales strategies.

• Take charge of the sales territory and surpass revenue goals.

⛳️ Requirements

• Ideally possess 1–2 years of experience in sales or field sales with proven successes.

• Experience with B2B products or services is advantageous.

• Excellent communication skills and confidence in negotiations.

• Self-motivated and goal-oriented working approach.

• Basic knowledge of the hospitality and hotel industry.

• Eagerness to grow professionally and assume responsibility.

• Familiarity with CRM systems.

• Proficient in MS Office applications.

• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to create and implement long-term sales strategies.

• Enthusiasm for field sales and face-to-face customer interactions.
