This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +1 more state.
β’ Manage all facets of account management.
β’ Cultivate and sustain strategic business relationships with corporate and senior management personnel in key accounts.
β’ Create and implement strategic account plans aimed at increasing sales and market share within assigned institutional accounts.
β’ Establish and nurture relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders in neurology and urology departments as well as related hospital systems.
β’ Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to identify, prioritize, and execute account opportunities.
β’ Provide strategic and tactical direction regarding target accounts to regional and district teams.
β’ Advise sales and marketing management about challenges and opportunities within key target accounts.
β’ Evaluate team learning needs and coordinate targeted training initiatives.
β’ Formulate annual business plans with goals and objectives to enhance sales volume and market share across FDA-approved indications.
β’ Recognize local opportunities and threats, adjusting business plans as necessary.
β’ Anticipate changes and adapt to shifts in the customer and market landscape.
β’ Utilize financial and quantitative data and analyses to evaluate account opportunities.
β’ Assess the profitability and sales impact of target account opportunities.
β’ Collaborate with Field Sales Managers to evaluate and penetrate institutional account drivers.
β’ Conduct account-level analysis, identify opportunities, and recommend actions to boost volume and share.
β’ Ensure compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
β’ Travel up to 75% of the time.
β’ Bachelor's degree in health, sciences, pharmacy, or a business-related field is preferred, or equivalent relevant industry experience is required.
β’ Minimum of 3 years of experience in Health Science Field or Sales.
β’ At least 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales.
β’ In lieu of a degree: 8+ years of experience in Health Science Sales with a minimum of 4 years in pharmaceutical sales.
β’ Strong ability to network and effectively partner across functional areas.
β’ Exceptional organizational and project management capabilities.
β’ Proven leadership skills.
β’ Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders in complex environments.
β’ Must meet all applicable health care industry representative (HCIR) credentialing requirements.
β’ Must be in good standing and/or eligible to obtain the required HCIR credentials.
β’ May be required to pass background checks, drug screens, immunization/vaccination proof, fingerprinting, and specific state or city licenses.
β’ Must be capable of driving a personal auto or company vehicle, or powered material-handling equipment, as applicable.
