This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Drive intricate, high-value enterprise sales cycles with an average Annual Contract Value (ACV) ranging from £75,000 to £85,000.
• Take ownership of the top-of-funnel and complete sales activities, from prospecting and outreach all the way through to closing.
• Create a pipeline in a new market by pinpointing target accounts, developing outreach strategies, and generating demand.
• Provide tailored platform demonstrations and thought leadership to C-suite and executive stakeholders.
• Manage pipeline and forecasting in Salesforce, ensuring data accuracy and visibility for leadership.
• Conduct prospecting in continental EMEA to support the case for a second regional hire.
• Relay market insights to the Chief Revenue Officer and the US team to enhance the sales pitch and guide hiring decisions.
• Represent Morning Consult during UK trade press briefings and at a flagship launch event in the UK.
• Oversee the go-to-market strategy for the UK and EMEA from inception, reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer.
• Contribute to the broader international expansion strategy of Morning Consult.
• 5 to 8 years of enterprise sales experience or a proven equivalent track record.
• Strong history of closing complex, new deals in SaaS, data, or market research sectors.
• Capability to independently generate a pipeline through outbound prospecting without depending on inbound leads or SDR assistance.
• Competence in managing and closing high-value, multi-stakeholder sales cycles independently.
• Experience selling to UK and/or European enterprise clients is preferred, but not mandatory.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; an advanced degree is a plus.
• Intellectual curiosity and the ability to distill complex data into actionable insights.
• Advanced understanding of marketing, communications, data, or brand strategy.
• Interest in market positioning and buyer strategy.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience presenting to executive and C-suite audiences.
• Familiarity with survey research and its methodologies is highly regarded, but not required.
• Must be based in London, UK, with flexibility to collaborate with US-based teams.
• Must already possess the right to work in the UK without the need for visa sponsorship.
