This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage a designated list of priority creditors’ rights law firms and significant debt buyers.
• Develop and implement strategic outbound sales initiatives through executive engagement, industry gatherings, referrals, and events.
• Create and sustain a 12–18 month enterprise pipeline with consistent senior-level account interactions.
• Conduct consultative discovery sessions with Managing Partners, Directors of Operations, and leaders in Legal Operations.
• Navigate deals involving multiple stakeholders across operations, legal, compliance, and IT sectors.
• Provide customized presentations and demonstrations that reflect clients’ state footprints, plaintiff mixes, and volume profiles.
• Handle commercial negotiations and closing processes, including enterprise pricing, multi-year contracts, and volume tiers.
• Ensure accurate forecasting and pipeline management within HubSpot.
• Collaborate with Account Management during customer onboarding and ramp-up phases.
• Facilitate expansion into new states, plaintiff categories, and practice areas.
• Engage in Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and strategic account assessments.
• Represent Proof at industry events focused on creditors’ rights.
• Organize executive dinners and exclusive client events.
• Travel to industry conferences and client meetings.
• Over 5 years of comprehensive B2B sales experience, with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in selling to creditors’ rights, legal services, financial services, or regulated industries with intricate compliance demands.
• Proven track record in acquiring and expanding enterprise accounts, including transactions exceeding $200K annually and sales cycles of 6 months or longer.
• Experience in environments involving multiple stakeholders.
• Knowledge of the creditors’ rights and consumer collections landscape.
• Understanding of legal process serving workflows, such as service of process, affidavits of service, substituted service regulations, e-filing, and judgment motions, or the capability to learn and articulate these concepts fluently within 90 days.
• Possess executive presence and strong consultative selling capabilities.
• Demonstrated discipline in outbound sales and pipeline management.
• Ability to keep precise CRM records and forecasts in HubSpot.
• Willingness to travel 20–25% for industry conferences and client engagements.
• Strongly preferred: direct experience in selling to creditors’ rights law firms, debt purchasers, or the ARM industry.
• Strongly preferred: established relationships with high-volume creditors’ rights law firms and major debt buyers.
• Strongly preferred: experience with legal technology, process serving, e-filing, or case management software.
• Strongly preferred: familiarity with state-specific service of process regulations.
• Strongly preferred: active involvement in creditors’ rights industry or bar associations.
