This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Hampshire, +2 more states.
• Achieve objectives and establish priorities within the designated territory independently.
• Act as the main point of contact for customers regarding sales and support for assigned products.
• Strive to meet or surpass sales targets while ensuring competitive pricing.
• Monitor and evaluate sales performance regularly.
• Prioritize accounts, evaluate opportunities, and collaborate with the manager to create new business prospects.
• Develop weekly, monthly, and yearly business plans for your territory.
• Maintain customer profiles and account plans meticulously.
• Take on a consultative role to address customer training requirements and deliver excellent customer service.
• Support significant strategic accounts as part of a Field Team.
• Comply with company policies and communicate effectively with both corporate and field personnel.
• Update account and territory information, submit expenses and mileage, and manage hospital access and credentialing.
• Organize, lead, and conduct customer in-service training for assigned LivaNova products.
• Maintain regular contact with customers throughout the territory.
• Travel, including overnight trips, as needed.
• A minimum of 3 years’ sales experience in the medical device sector, ideally in Cardiac Surgery sales, or relevant clinical experience in cardiovascular environments.
• Proven experience in providing technical and clinical support to cardiac surgeons, cardiologists, or other surgical specialties within a hospital setting.
• A Bachelor's degree and/or Clinical Certification (CCP, RN, RT, etc.) is required.
• Residency within the designated territory is mandatory.
• Capability to foster trust-based relationships with perfusionists, cardiovascular surgeons, surgical nurses, and hospital administrators.
• Commitment to investing additional time beyond company-sponsored training to understand and promote the products.
• Willingness to travel, including 5-10% overnight travel.
• Ability to maintain hospital access and credentialing.
