📋 Description

• Oversee the complete sales process from initial prospecting and discovery to negotiation, closing, and transitioning to post-sales teams.

• Utilize a consultative, value-driven sales strategy to identify customer challenges and align solutions with their business objectives.

• Develop and sustain a robust pipeline through outbound prospecting and strategic account management.

• Regularly meet and surpass monthly and quarterly revenue goals.

• Ensure accurate forecasting and maintain pipeline visibility within the CRM.

• Represent HungerRush with professionalism and integrity.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in both Arabic and English.

• 3 to 5+ years of comprehensive SaaS sales experience, preferably in technology sectors such as websites/ecommerce or POS-related fields; otherwise, experience in short-cycle SMB SaaS sales is acceptable.

• Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.

• Strong consultative selling abilities and familiarity with Value-Based Selling frameworks like MEDDIC, Challenger, SPIN, or similar methodologies.

• Demonstrated capability to identify, validate, and resolve customer pain points.

• Strong business acumen and the ability to communicate ROI and business value to stakeholders at various levels.

• Self-motivated individual with resilience, curiosity, and a growth-oriented mindset.

• Experience with Salesforce CRM or a comparable CRM system for pipeline management.

• Ability to handle rejection and navigate sales objections with resilience.

• Coachable, goal-focused, accountable, and driven by a hunter mentality.

• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship, both now and in the future.
