This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide support for key accounts from a client management standpoint within designated territories.

• Organize and implement outreach events, such as trade shows, conferences, business center sessions, dealer prospect meetings, affiliated school presentations, and other promotional activities.

• Manage and execute communications directed at prospective dealers, including email campaigns, printed and digital marketing materials, social media efforts, and other initiatives.

• Generate and refer Degrees@Work dealer leads to the Partner Relationship Manager.

• Assist in converting dealers from prospects to executed contracts within the assigned territories.

• Identify and seek new or expanded opportunities with participating dealers to enhance Degrees@Work program utilization.

• Look for chances to introduce participating dealers and affiliated dealer groups to additional SEI programs and services.

• Cultivate and maintain a network of contacts and referral sources.

• Evaluate client needs and provide insights to the leadership team.

• Collaborate with the Partner Engagement and Enterprise Partnerships Teams to ensure strategic alignment and the adoption of best practices.

• Undertake other responsibilities as assigned.


⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is required.

• Four to six years of experience demonstrating success in account management, business development, and/or corporate outreach.

• Ideally, experience in sales within the automotive or education sectors.

• Proven track record of closing deals.

• Strong listening and presentation abilities.

• Exceptional presentation skills with the capacity to quickly adjust outreach strategies based on client feedback.

• Self-driven and capable of inspiring others.

• Must be willing to travel up to 50-75% of the time.

• Travel may involve air, car, and public transportation.

• Availability to work more than 40 hours per week when business demands require it.

• Capability to lift up to 25 lbs.

• Mobility within the office, including movement between floors.

• Ability to access information via a computer.

• Effective communication skills up and down the management hierarchy.

• Ability to manage stress effectively.

• Strong mental acuity.

• Consistent and reliable attendance and punctuality are essential functions.
