• Propel revenue growth by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities within current accounts.

• Formulate and execute strategic account plans that align with business objectives.

• Establish and monitor KPIs for client accounts.

• Keep an eye on emerging industry trends and technologies, evaluating their effects on clients' businesses.

• Supervise and manage account budgets, including annual and incremental media placement budgets.

• Collaborate with media and accounting teams to ensure accurate invoicing and reporting.

• Offer financial insights to facilitate decision-making and enhance account management efficiency.

• Examine client data utilizing data analytics tools and provide actionable insights.

• Review account performance with clients and present strategic recommendations.

• Conduct performance review meetings with clients to discuss progress.

• Collect client feedback and adjust account management strategies accordingly.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in account management in an agency environment.

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related discipline.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Capability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.

• Understanding of digital marketing trends and platforms.

• Strong analytical skills coupled with meticulous attention to detail.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, Google Sheets, and Windows OS.
