This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Drive the promotion of Capitol Services' offerings.
• Build and sustain long-term business relationships with both new and existing clients in the Mid-Atlantic region.
• Enhance sales by engaging with current and potential clients.
• Comprehend, predict, and fulfill the needs of clients and prospective clients.
• Organize meetings with clients and prospects, and formulate follow-up action plans.
• Identify and address client concerns to guarantee retention and growth.
• Increase market recognition of the company's services and industry expertise.
• Keep accurate records of client communications and contact details.
• Respond to requests for proposals and information effectively.
• Participate in trade shows, conferences, and various marketing events.
• Share client and prospective client information with relevant employees and management.
• Conduct market research and stay informed about competitor products and pricing.
• Provide sales status reports to management, detailing activities, closures, follow-ups, and goal adherence.
• A Bachelor's degree and/or over 4 years of pertinent sales experience in the industry.
• Alternatively, experience as a transactional attorney or corporate paralegal in a large law firm or within a Fortune 1000 corporate legal department.
• Proficient in using CRM systems, such as Salesforce.
• Comfortable with Microsoft Software including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Familiar with interacting with Adobe PDF documents.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Capability to multi-task and prioritize various projects and assignments.
• Strong attention to detail coupled with a reasonable sense of urgency.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Positive customer service mindset and the ability to handle issues or complaints patiently.
• Willingness to adopt new tools and learn new processes and technologies.
• Adaptable to shifting priorities in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to retain and apply instructions and training effectively.
• Competent in both team and independent work settings.
• Capability to work regular business hours remotely from Charlotte, North Carolina.
• Commitment to maintaining client confidentiality.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Flexibility to work a varied schedule and travel within the assigned territory up to 50% of the time.
• Ability to adhere to an assigned work schedule.
• Successful in an entrepreneurial environment.
