This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +27 more states.

📋 Description

• Drive strategic B2B field sales from the development of pipelines and lead cultivation through to customer acquisition.

• Formulate a lead generation strategy that enhances customer retention and referrals.

• Secure new business while reducing traditional sales cycles.

• Oversee and manage multiple accounts as the primary point of contact and expert resource.

• Advocate for AccuWeather’s Enterprise Solutions within the designated vertical and elevate executive-level engagement.

• Cultivate strong relationships across accounts, from end users to executives.

• Collaborate with the AES team to grow existing accounts through the introduction of new products and services.

• Maintain pipeline management for precise forecasting and quota achievement.

• Partner with Marketing, Sales Support, Account Management, and other internal teams on campaign execution and competitive positioning.

• Organize, manage, and update sales data in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

• Follow up on leads generated from advertising, trade shows, mailings, websites, and various media sources.

• Travel up to 20-30% of the time.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent education and experience.

• Over 5 years of experience in Enterprise and large corporate sales environments.

• Proficiency across multiple verticals such as Manufacturing, Logistics, Transportation, Healthcare, Insurance, or FinTech.

• Proven capability in building customer relationships.

• Established track record of consistently meeting or surpassing quotas.

• Exceptional client relations and negotiation skills.

• Strong presentation abilities (both verbal and written) with the capacity to articulate ideas clearly at all organizational levels.

• Demonstrated ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects while adhering to strict timelines and deadlines.

• Must thrive in a team-oriented and collaborative environment.

• Ability to provide clear and concise rationale on how decisions positively impact the achievement of AccuWeather’s business goals.

• Must be willing to travel, including overnight trips, for an average of 20-30 percent of the time.

• Remote candidates must reside in one of the specified U.S. states: CA, CO, CT, DE, DC, FL, GA, IL, IN, KS, KY, MD, MN, MO, NE, NV, NJ, NY, NC, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WI, or WY.
