This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Provide support to designated Account Executives and TPO sales management.
• Assist in ensuring quality loan processing by reviewing files for adherence to underwriting standards and completeness of submissions.
• Offer backup assistance to Account Executives, aid brokers, and resolve any issues that arise.
• Facilitate marketing initiatives and ensure timely loan closings.
• Carry out data entry, management, and various administrative tasks.
• Input contact details and manually enter loan applications.
• Schedule Zoom sales meetings with brokers and clients.
• Organize loan data within the Loan Origination System.
• Collect applications, credit documents, appraisals, and other relevant materials.
• Monitor incoming documents and verify the accuracy of collected information.
• Pull or confirm credit reports and flood certificates.
• Dispatch welcome and thank-you emails to clients.
• Set up pre-approved LinkedIn marketing posts.
• Review loans with expiring locks, those that are unlocked, and send reminders to brokers.
• Reach out to brokers concerning monthly closings and condition submissions.
• Track the pipeline to ensure timely funding of loans.
• Lead various marketing projects, lead management tasks, and sales support assignments.
• Coordinate both in-person and virtual marketing events.
• Identify opportunities to enhance Account Executive business models.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and investor guidelines.
• Prepare reports for Account Executives and sales management.
• Build relationships with assigned Account Executives to assess additional support needs.
• Complete tasks and assist departmental support staff as requested.
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient in Carrington’s loan origination system and other mortgage origination tools, or quick to learn new systems.
• Highly skilled in operating office equipment such as computers, copiers, and fax machines.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Capability to manage detailed assignments and demonstrate self-motivation.
• Ability to prioritize and organize workload to meet deadlines.
• Maintain confidentiality of borrower information in line with the Company’s privacy policies.
• High School diploma or equivalent work experience is required.
• A minimum of two years of experience in the mortgage industry is necessary.
• Prior experience in customer service, concierge, or customer experience roles is required.
• Preferred experience in Retail Loan Processing or as a Wholesale Account Manager.
• Experience in a paperless environment is preferred.
