This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Oversee strategic account plans for designated accounts and fulfill client reinsurance administration requirements.
• Cultivate and maintain client relationships as the main point of contact for assigned accounts.
• Escalate high-level issues as necessary.
• Contribute to the development of sales strategies and playbooks in collaboration with Marketing and Product teams.
• Shape client messaging and growth strategies.
• Articulate the TAI value proposition and inform clients and prospects about TAI’s products and services.
• Monitor client intelligence, market trends, and account data.
• Develop client profiles while identifying opportunities or risks pertaining to account strategies.
• Assess client satisfaction metrics and address service delivery challenges with internal teams.
• Oversee client transformation projects, including transitions to TAI Next Generation platforms.
• Coordinate implementation tasks involving stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Business Development and Client Management Services to synchronize account strategies and enhance pipeline execution.
• Spot new revenue opportunities, including Creation Re.
• Configure and showcase TAI software, translating technical aspects into client-friendly language.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) in a relevant field is required.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in the insurance or reinsurance sector is essential.
• Experience in Business Development or Account Management is preferred.
• Supervisory experience is advantageous.
• Strong proficiency in collaborating with individuals across operational, functional, and technical areas.
• Capable of translating complex client business requirements into scalable technological solutions.
• Solid understanding of cloud platforms and modern architectures, including APIs and event-driven systems.
• Familiarity with reinsurance and financial systems.
• Established knowledge of the North American reinsurance market, including products, pricing, competition, practices, and relevant insurance regulatory laws and their implications for products and client operations.
• Excellent oral, written communication, and presentation abilities.
• Strong dedication to professionalism and high standards of customer service.
• Proficient in presenting using various methods and tools.
• Comprehensive knowledge of software and systems, including the ability to configure and demonstrate TAI software and clarify technical terms and components to clients.
• Capable of making timely, effective decisions and generating results.
• Ability to nurture a teamwork-oriented, customer service-focused atmosphere.
• Skilled in comprehending and interpreting reinsurance and contract documents.
• Highly developed interpersonal skills, including negotiation, conflict resolution, and relationship building.
• Exceptional capability to manage multiple projects concurrently, including adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
• FLMI or other relevant professional accreditation is preferred.
