Account Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Engage with new and potential clients through outreach initiatives and follow-up communications.

• Understand each client's financial aspirations and obstacles.

• Guide clients during the onboarding process and assist with product setup.

• Keep comprehensive records of client information and activities in CRM systems.

• Deliver continuous support through regular check-ins and service updates.
