Account Advisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Connect with new and potential clients through outreach initiatives and follow-up communication

• Comprehend each client's financial objectives and their decision-making processes

• Propose solutions that meet the specific needs of clients

• Assist clients during the onboarding process and product implementation

• Keep precise records using CRM tools

• Provide ongoing support to clients through regular check-ins and services

• Excellent communication and relationship-building capabilities

• Ability to work remotely and independently with ease

• Experience in client service or sales is beneficial but not mandatory
