Access Governance, IAM Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Manage onboarding, transfer, and offboarding requests within legacy systems, cloud, and on-premises environments, ensuring compliance with SLAs.

• Execute access certification cycles, assess privileges, and generate evidence for audit purposes.

• Develop access profiles, coordinate SoD matrices, eliminate unnecessary permissions, and uphold the principle of least privilege.

• Oversee roles and profiles in SAP GRC and assist with emergency access requests.

• Collaborate with IT, Security, and Business teams to advise on entitlement decisions, implement modifications, and address requests.

• Carry out operational routines, access reviews, and ITSM ticket management based on seniority level.

• Evaluate intricate RBAC, SoD, and SAP GRC requests, support audits, and enhance workflows.

• Act as a technical reference, identify risks, assist with rules and automations, and provide mentorship to junior and mid-level analysts.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree (in progress or completed) in Information Technology, Information Security, Systems Analysis, or related disciplines.

• Hands-on experience and practical knowledge in administering Active Directory (AD) and Office 365.

• Familiarity with ITSM/Service Desk tools for managing tickets and queues.

• Solid grasp of IAM concepts, Zero Trust principles, the Principle of Least Privilege, and SoD matrices.

• Proficient in advanced Excel for analysis, cross-referencing, and cleansing access databases.

• Experience supporting hybrid environments, including both cloud and on-premises setups.

• Excellent communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and strong organizational and attention-to-detail abilities.

• Plus: Familiarity with SAP GRC, IDM/IGA, PAM, Power BI, data storytelling, scripting/automation, APIs, PowerShell, or Python.

• Awareness of ISO 27001, NIST, PCI, and Brazil's LGPD regulations.

• Information Security or IAM certifications are advantageous.
