Access Center Clinician, BSW

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• Provide crisis intervention, screenings, assessments, and referral services for both adults and children.

• Deliver services in diverse settings through face-to-face interactions or telehealth modalities, including video and phone.

• Work every other Saturday and Sunday from 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

• Complete training at 790 Fuller Ave NE, Grand Rapids, Michigan 49503 prior to commencing remote work.

• Conduct interviews either in person or through online platforms.

• Execute essential duties effectively and make accommodations for individuals with disabilities as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Counseling Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy for the clinician track.

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work for the BSW track.

• Michigan licensure as a licensed master social worker, professional counselor, marriage and family therapist, or psychologist; or eligibility for a limited license with licensure to be obtained within three months of hire.

• Michigan licensure as a licensed or limited licensed bachelor’s social worker for the BSW track; or eligibility for a limited license with licensure to be obtained within three months of hire.

• Comprehensive knowledge of psychological, emotional, and sociological assessment and diagnosis.

• In-depth understanding of professional ethics and standards of practice.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for job-related duties.

• Proficient computer skills, including word processing, spreadsheets, email, database management, and data entry.

• Ability to manage stressful situations with composure and rationality.

• Capability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficient in clear and concise communication during stressful situations.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural setting and navigate language and cultural barriers.

• Successful completion of a drug screening as part of the background check process.

• Must adhere to Network180’s policy against medical and recreational marijuana use.
