Academic Program Success Lead, New Initiatives

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +6 more states.

📋 Description

• Take full ownership of student support and execution for various new initiatives, overseeing everything from strategic course design to implementation.

• Recognize capability gaps within programs and student experiences, then create, refine, and operationalize necessary infrastructure.

• Convert portfolio-level insights into strategic advice, prioritize cross-functional initiatives, and develop comprehensive roadmaps.

• Actively manage and nurture a high-performing team through periods of organizational transformation.

• Develop learner experience operations while identifying gaps in processes or capabilities.

• Integrate AI tools and promote AI fluency throughout the team’s activities.

• Assist in external partnerships and empower Client Success teams with pertinent insights and perspectives.

• Foster trust among internal teams and ensure stakeholders are aligned on objectives, timelines, accountability, and results.

• Achieve key outcomes including retention rates, refunds, engagement metrics, customer satisfaction (CSAT), net promoter score (NPS), program completion, and externship transitions.

• Expand Springboard's Allied Health and AI program offerings while developing scalable playbooks, processes, and automation solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• 7-10 years of professional experience, showcasing end-to-end ownership of impactful projects and some exposure to a rapidly changing startup environment.

• A founder's mindset, demonstrated by instances of establishing operational capabilities without pre-existing guidelines.

• Strong people management abilities with a focus on developing team members.

• Proven experience in recruiting, negotiating, and managing external partnerships.

• Skill in structuring mutually beneficial partnership agreements.

• Expertise in operational design and systems/workflow thinking.

• Sound judgment in distinguishing between MVP development and operationalization, particularly concerning compliance, accreditation, and partner relationships.

• Extensive familiarity and fluency with AI tools.

• Capable of organizing ambiguous and complex problems while prioritizing effectively.

• Ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
