This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Construct, manage, and consistently enhance target account lists, tiering, and scoring models utilizing 6Sense and Demandbase.
• Daily monitor intent data and account engagement signals; proactively identify shifts and provide insights to the Director of ABM before they escalate into client inquiries.
• Assist the Director of ABM in creating ABM audits, playbooks, and go-to-market strategies for clients.
• Convert account tiers and intent signals into campaign briefs and targeting parameters for the Paid Media, Paid Social, Content, and Email/Lifecycle teams.
• Collaborate with channel teams to ensure account-based campaigns are aligned with the designated tiering and messaging strategies.
• Take ownership of ABM reporting and dashboards; monitor pipeline influenced/sourced, account engagement, and progress through funnel stages.
• Facilitate cross-agency collaboration across SEO, Paid Media, Creative, PR, Influencer, and CRO to maintain a cohesive ABM campaign approach.
• Support Revenue and Appraisal teams with account and market analysis for new and expanded business opportunities.
• Leverage AI technologies to improve and optimize ABM processes and reporting.
• Utilize and maximize Power Digital's nova ecosystem in relation to ABM strategy and reporting.
• Participate in client calls and discovery discussions to represent ABM performance and platform data; aim to eventually lead these discussions independently.
• Essential: hands-on experience with 6Sense, Demandbase, or a similar ABM/intent data platform.
• 2–4 years of experience in B2B marketing, marketing operations, or ABM, either in-house or agency-based.
• Familiarity with core B2B Martech tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, or HubSpot.
• Understanding of intent data, predictive scoring, and account tiering, with an eagerness to delve deeper into the strategies behind them.
• Strong analytical capabilities; able to extract and interpret data with minimal guidance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; capable of translating platform data into actionable insights for channel leads or clients.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented; adept at managing account data and reporting across multiple clients simultaneously.
• Team-oriented and collaborative, possessing the confidence to raise issues or opportunities to more senior stakeholders.
• Agency experience is appreciated but not mandatory.
