ABA Student Analyst – Masters Required

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Mentor and guide Behavior Specialists through on-site coaching, constructive feedback, and performance assessments.

• Perform regular visits to homes and community settings to verify adherence to clinical programming.

• Deliver tailored parent education that aligns with treatment objectives.

• Oversee the quality of documentation, lesson plans, and service utilization.

• Collaborate effectively with the Training and Operations teams.

• Enhance the confidence of Behavior Specialists and promote consistent outcomes for families.

• Engage in supervisory experiences, mentorship, and progress towards BCBA certification.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

• Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

• Access to reliable transportation.

• At least 2 years of professional experience in implementing behavior modification intervention services, or 1 year of such experience combined with 12 semester units in applied behavior analysis, or be a Board Certified Associate Behavior Analyst.

• Currently pursuing or preparing for BCBA certification.

• Capability to conduct visits in home and community settings.

• Skills to provide parent education that aligns with treatment objectives.

• Proficiency in monitoring documentation quality, lesson plans, and service utilization.

• Ability to collaborate with Training and Operations teams.

• Capability to drive and occasionally lift, carry, or move items weighing up to 20 pounds.
