This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Oversee and direct activities to ensure clients effectively utilize Pillr Health’s products and services to meet their business goals.
• Create strategies and processes that guarantee client satisfaction throughout all stages of the client lifecycle.
• Foster long-term relationships with clients and encourage client retention.
• Monitor and enhance training and onboarding processes to facilitate smooth product adoption and client cooperation.
• Leverage data insights and feedback to identify and comprehend client needs and challenges.
• Build collaborative relationships with Sales, Product Development, and other cross-functional teams.
• Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand business objectives, challenges, and success criteria for programs.
• Assess performance metrics with clients and suggest strategies to enhance program results.
• Discover opportunities for account expansion through upselling and cross-selling.
• Lead strategies and negotiations for client renewals.
• Advocate for the client’s voice within the organization, influencing product development, service improvements, and strategic initiatives.
• Provide regular business reviews and strategic updates to client executives.
• Collaborate with support teams to ensure smooth delivery and ongoing enhancement of client experiences.
• Facilitate group discussions; coach, mentor, motivate, and engage others towards shared objectives.
• Identify and nurture future organizational talent.
• Manage client risks, escalations, and overall client health.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, operations, or a related discipline.
• Over 5 years of experience in client relationship management, account strategy, or client management within a software delivery model.
• Demonstrated ability to manage enterprise clients and deliver successful business outcomes through technology.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including V-Lookup, Pivot Tables, Charts & Graphs, and Formulas.
• Capability to manage and lead effectively in times of organizational change and transformation.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to connect software capabilities to client KPIs and strategic objectives.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Experience using CRM and analytics tools (e.g., Salesforce).
• 340B ACE certification is preferred.
• Preferred 2+ years of organizational leadership experience.
• Pharmacy experience is a plus.
• Proficient in data reporting and interpretation.
• Familiarity with hospital/pharmacy systems, workflows, prescribing, and revenue cycles.
• Willingness and ability to travel for client meetings.
• U.S. citizenship and compliance with hospital credentialing standards.
